King William Association

King William Association Rebrand

Founded in 1967 as a non-profit corporation, the King William Association is unique among neighborhood associations in Texas. Within its boundaries are three historic districts, including the King William Historic District, the oldest in Texas, recognized for its significant architectural and cultural heritage.

Beyond historic preservation, the King William Association leads key community initiatives such as the King William Fair, its primary fundraiser supporting neighborhood programs. A portion of the proceeds also funds the King William Cultural Arts District, which fosters local creativity and cultural engagement.
